Iliyana Klinkova

Raised in the United States, Iliyana spent much of her life in a multicultural environment, which shaped her broad outlook, adaptability, and natural sociability. After more than two decades overseas, she decided to return to Bulgaria, where she has been living for the past five years. Iliyana studied psychology, which gave her a deep understanding of human behavior, motivations, and interpersonal communication—qualities that prove particularly valuable in working with clients and building trust. Although her journey in real estate is just beginning, she brings with her a strong empathy, intuitive approach, and ability to hear and understand people’s true needs.
