Miroslva Marinova

Dear Miroslava, Working with you was an absolutely outstanding experience from beginning to end. From the very first contact, I felt professionalism, clarity, reliability and genuine engagement. What especially impressed me was your commitment and responsiveness ~ even on a public holiday ~ to make the first appointment and property viewing possible so quickly. Only one week later, we were already signing the official contract. That level of efficiency, organization and dedication is truly exceptional. After various experiences with other agencies and brokers in the past, this collaboration felt first class in every way. Especially with my international and CEO background, trust, professionalism and smooth communication are incredibly important to me ~ and you exceeded expectations on all levels. Your service was highly professional while remaining warm, authentic and very pleasant throughout the entire process. From my perspective, you are absolutely recommendable to anyone looking for a trustworthy and high level real estate professional in Bulgaria. Thank you, Mira, for your excellent work, your support and your commitment. It was a real pleasure working with you. Warm regards, Anja

Dear Ms. Marinova, I would like to thank you, as well as Sotheby’s Realty, for the excellent cooperation regarding the recent rental of the Boyana property; that will be used as the official residence of the new Ambassador of the Republic of Cyprus to Bulgaria. I want to emphasize that your professionalism, integrity and punctuality played a pivotal role in our decision to proceed with the rental. It was really pleasant and mutually beneficial working with you and the rest of the team at Sotheby’s International Realty – Bulgaria. Looking forward to future collaborations.
