Silvia Doncheva

Silvia Doncheva graduated with a Master's degree in International Marketing from London South Bank University in 2008. Since then, marketing has been an integral part of her professional journey. From 2015 to 2019, she worked in government structures, first as an expert in European funding and later in the Directorate of "International Cooperation and Investments in the Field of Tourism" at the Ministry of Tourism. In 2019, Silvia transitioned to the private sector as the Director of Marketing for the boutique urban bicycle brand Urbanized Bikes. She enthusiastically embraced the challenge of promoting and developing the brand and sales of high-end bicycles, which have won several international design awards over the years. Under her leadership, the bicycles were sold in the most prestigious stores in several European capitals. In 2021, Silvia joined the team at Bulgaria Sotheby‘s International Realty to further develop her professional passion and interest in real estate. She believes that everyone deserves to have a home, workspace, or vacation property that meets their specific needs. With her extensive professional experience in the real estate sector, her in-depth work in the industry has made her a sought-after specialist, as evidenced by the numerous loyal clients and glowing recommendations she receives. In her free time, Silvia dedicates herself to her family, with whom she shares the joy of life through travel and sea adventures. Her great passion is sailing, which she has formalized with a certificate of competency as a "Skipper of a vessel up to 40 GT at sea."
