Nikoleta Belicheva

Nikoleta is an open-minded and positive person, who is extroverted and open to the World, as she enjoys exploring different cultures. Her childhood dream to live abroad serves as the stepping stone to graduate in England spending 3 yrs at Oxford Brookes University, Bsc International Hospitality Management. She works one year in central London as an internship. Her dream to live on the tropics sends her to the sunny state, Florida, where she spends her best 18-months working for a luxury resort on Palm Beach island on the Atlantic coast. That professional experience sparks her firm belief and understanding that respectful, kind and highly personalised manners towards each client are of utmost importance for their satisfaction and retention. Upon her return to Bulgaria, she wants to make a turn and starts working in corporate Sales and Business Development, spending over 2 years in the insurance field, where she gains valuable skills for building client relationships and marketing of business services. She then decides to return back into the hospitality industry for a little over 1 year, working as a Sales Manager at Hyatt Regency Sofia. Her responsibility focused on establishing corporate relationships with and sales of events to the government and private sectors. Looking to explore new horizons and a field that she feels a deeper motivation for, she choses the Real Estate field as her interest has increasingly grown to this industry. Nikoleta combines her delicate approach, emotional reading of clients’ needs and her energetic nature in order to find the most suitable property through listening, focus and consistency. She brings her warm relationships with Embassies into the real estate field to assist newly-coming diplomats with finding their cosy home in Bulgaria. Nikoleta is highly interested in topics related to holistic health, personal development and nutrition. She strongly believes in the connection between physical, emotional and psychological health; and that we need to develop them all in order to progress. She enjoys yoga and pilates, and going to the gym; her passion is also dancing. She attains a certificate for Yoga Teacher to gain a deeper understanding. She also completes a course for Emotional Intelligence consultant, realising how crucial the relationship between mind-body-soul is and how emotions affect our prosperity.
