Hristo Angelkov

Hristo Angelkov is one of the leading professionals in the real estate industry in Bulgaria, with over 20 years of experience. Much of his career has been associated with Iris Estates, a company specializing in luxury residential properties. He began his career as a consultant, expanding the company's client base and propelling it to new development horizons through his efforts. In 2015, Hristo became the manager of Iris Estates, bringing extensive knowledge in business development, planning and budgeting, marketing and research, as well as experience in collaboration with international companies and investment funds. His practice includes creating investment plans, project analysis, market analysis, organizing and monitoring work systems and business plans, as well as building and managing the company’s team. As a manager, Hristo is distinguished by providing high-quality services and consultations to clients, offering them diverse and effective investment strategies. Hristo completed two programs at Harvard Business School Executive Education: the Real Estate Management Program, Developing Effective Leaders (2018) and the Owner/President Management Program (OPM43) (2013). He also holds a master’s degree in Geoecology from the University of Mining and Geology “St. Ivan Rilski.” In his free time, Hristo enjoys immersing himself in mountain and natural landscapes, traveling to new places, and exploring different destinations that enrich him both culturally and professionally. He is an avid winter sports enthusiast, especially skiing.
