ROOF CONSTRUCTION

A combination of aluminum sheet, composite panels and glass according to an architectural design. Filled areas with facade plaster BAUMIT, or similar. Filled granite stone countertops in front of windows and at the edges of terraces.

SOUND INSULATION:
Modern technology is applied in the implementation of impact noise protection. Under the screed, in the rooms of the apartments, a high-tech sound insulation membrane "FONAS TEX" is laid.
